Mr. Bush practices primarily in the areas of commercial and insurance litigation, with a special emphasis on trucking claims, automobile dealership representation, malpractice defense, products liability, commercial truck lines and excess defense. William S. Bush received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University in 1972, and his J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin in 1976. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute. After practicing with the law firm of Talbert, Giessel & Stone from 1977 to 1979, Mr. Bush opened the law firm of William S. Bush, Attorney at Law, P.C., on December 1, 1979.
