Jason D. Bath received his Bachelor of Economics degree from Texas A&M University in 1996, and his J.D., from South Texas College of Law in 2000. While at South Texas, Mr. Bath served as the Managing Editor of Corporate Counsel Review. Mr. Bath is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Federal Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Houston Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and Trucking Industry Defense Association.
