John A. Ramirez received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in 1993 and a J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law in 1996. He is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Young Lawyers Association, Mexican-American Bar Association of Houston, and the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Ramirez is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
