Mr. Price received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1983 from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law in 1986. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1986.

Prior to joining Bush & Ramirez, Mr. Price was the president and supervising attorney of Hollis G. Price, Jr., P.C., a firm specializing in collections for creditors and debt buyers. Mr. Price had previously served as the supervising attorney for the Houston office of the collection firm Dendy & Dendy, L.L.C. Mr. Price has worked as a sole practitioner concentrating primarily on the representation of start-ups and existing small businesses and the handling of insurance subrogation cases. Mr. Price has held senior legal positions with several organizations, including general counsel of Integratec Med-Services, Inc., which provided business and legal services to medical providers. Following the sale of Integratec Med-Services, Inc., Mr. Price was employed as general counsel to the successor corporation Business Office Services, Inc.
