Prior to joining Bush & Ramirez, LLC, Ms. Gabbert was a partner at Fowler Rodriguez Valdes-Fauli. Ms. Gabbert is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Ms. Gabbert was honored as a Houston Top Lawyer in Business Litigation in 2008 and 2009 and as a Houston Top Lawyer Under Forty in 2004 by H Texas Magazine. Ms. Gabbert’s primary areas of practice include complex commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, general civil litigation and appellate advocacy. Allison H. Gabbert received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston in 1992. She then attended South Texas College of Law and received her Juris Doctorate degree in 1995.
